Yeah, its that simple. Why try to work towards something that cant be really attained. I believe no one can actually have a perfect body, but you can strive for a healthier one. With the power of today's technologies anybody can be made to look like a Greek god on paper or TV. That doesn't mean that you have to work towards that dream.
When starting a workout routine take time to figure out what are realistic goals. Goals that will help you live a longer and healthier life in your body. Everyone's body is different and unique. Don't waste time comparing or competing. You only have one body, one vessel on this journey through life. Keep it moving, keep it healthy and live a life not guided by attaining perfect body, but more of attaining your own perfect memories.
