Couple or Small Group Training
Attain your fitness goals with your spouse or the option of a small group training session. Couple or Group training provides support and motivation for each and other to reach their fitness goals. Monthly assessments may be done to show progress and keep individuals motivated to their goals. Groups can be up to 3 to 6 members.
Online or Virtual Training
Online training or Virtual training can be suited for the clients with more a busy schedule. Programs as still designed for each individual to help reach their fitness goals. Online training provides more of a standard coaching and program design for the client. Virtual training lets the trainer work with the client using a video technology service to either demonstrate workouts and check form of the client while they do the workout provided.
