At First Priority Fitness our experienced Personal Trainers work with you to properly and safely attain your fitness goals no matter what they are. From weight loss to rehabilitation or whatever your goals may be. At First Priority Fitness, we continue to learn new techniques to make workouts fun and challenging at the same time. Fitness can be found all around us. We encourage you to enjoy fitness not just in the gym but outside the gym as well. An experience and knowledgeable personal training service located in Arlington Virginia and surrounding areas. As personal trainers we provide a variety of services such as private personal training, partner personal training, small group training, bootcamps, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and many more.

A Fitness Destination

The Studio – First Priority Fitness is honored to be a part of the EvolveAll Studio in South Arlington, Virginia. EvolveAll is a new age martial arts studio that is run and operated by Emerson Doyle. He has helped teach kids and family the different values gained from martial arts. The Evolve All studio is divided into three separate areas: Strength Room, Skill Room and Classroom. When working with a personal trainer, clients have access to workout in the Strength Room and Skill Room. The Classroom is available if the schedule session time does not coincide with any classes at that time.

All memberships are available to anyone interested in enjoying their variety of fitness classes provided by EvolveAll on the days you’re not training with a personal trainer from First Priority Fitness.

First Priority Fitness and Evolve All are here to provide you with the tools to be successful and attain your personal fitness goals.

I could have never done it on my own! Due to the tremendous effort of Soup, I have lost almost 50 pounds. For a fifty year old man this was no easy challenge to get my but motivated to exercise and change my diet. Through personal training, nutritional coaching and motivational encouragement, I am certain I will hit my all my target goals. Soup takes my exercise program to the “next level” keeping it fresh and exciting each time I see him. Soupar aka “Soup” – Soupar is the owner and operator of “First Priority Fitness”. A National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer; and a personal trainer in the Health Industry since 2004. As an experienced personal trainer, Soupar loves to help his clients become the best they can be physically and mentally. With over ten years plus of experience and the passion for fitness, Soupar brings out the best out of each and every single client he meets today and doesn't succeed until they reach their fitness goal.
